Where was France when Global Europe (White people world-wide) decided that their Russian cousins were no longer part of an "Evil empire"? Did they not see on TV that the Soviet Union had been dismantled and some of its old nuclear weapons destroyed? Has no one told them that the "Red Death" was allegedly killed by an acute attack of Democratitis? They know? Oh I see.

In that case, why are they still testing newer, more deadly nuclear weapons? You do not use a weapon if you don't know whether it will work. And you do not test a weapon unless you intend to use it. So who are they planning to use it on? Africa? Asia?

Global Europe said at the end of their second world conflict, after great human losses, "Never again" will they fight each other. They created an artificial East-West division and profitably inspired the rest of the world to kill each other instead on their behalf. During that time they concocted an idea that there were too many people in the world and the global population was increasing at an alarming rate. They said that in a matter of decades the world would not be able to sustain itself unless they did something to stop the "population explosion".

Europe is the most densely populated continent in the world, at 6 times the density of Africa. So you would expect that any reduction in population should begin in Europe. Not likely. Global Europe's solution to the world population "problem" was more internecine warfare but those were not depleting the populations of Africa and Asia fast enough. Birth control attached to Aid did not achieve depopulation targets. Global Europe needs Africa and its natural wealth but not its people, anymore.

When Jimmy Carter was head of Global Europe they produced a document, "Global 2000", in which they laid out their plans to reduce the world's population by killing or preventing from being born some 30 billion "surplus" hungry people by 2050 AD (see Global Africa Pocket News #s 5 & 7).

To this end AIDS was introduced to Africa with smallpox vaccines and to Asia, then blamed on Africa. Ebola, a new virus, is now taking root in Zaire. The latest, most sinister weapon to be introduced in the population war is psychological contraception, an attempt to convince Global Africa's women (Black women world-wide) that it is in their interest not to have children.

In Global African communities drugs and arms are imported and controlled by Global European "crime prevention" agencies. Those who are not killed or kill themselves end up in jail, in hospital or incapacitated. All these Population Control strategies are working to some degree, but Africans are finding cures for AIDS and other man-made viruses (see GAP News #2 &5).

Against the odds, some of us are taking control of our lives, we are waking up, reaching out to each other around the world and producing our own survival / empowerment strategies for the future, recognizing that we have the power - we are the power. Global Europe can see this movement clearer than most of us do and they are frightened. They are afraid that if all their genocidal strategies fail to achieve their objectives, the "hungry hordes" will descend upon them to take back what had been stolen.

That's where nuclear weapons come in. Global Europe's "life" insurance policy. This nuclear testing is not just a rogue nation doing its own thing. France is merely testing on behalf of the rest of Global Europe who, because of some of their public rhetoric and "treaty" commitments, are unable to go that route themselves - now. What other reasons could there be for John Major not to condemn such barbarity at the Commonwealth Conference? France reports that the tests are very safe. If that is the case why don't they perform these tests in Europe, on the French coast?. We don't need such gifts.
